# Publish PAL

> This endpoint has been removed. PALs no longer have a separate published version.

  `POST /v2/pals/{pal_id}/publish` has been removed and returns `404`.
</Warning>

PALs no longer have a separate published version, so there is nothing for the API to publish:

* API edits through [Patch PAL](/api-reference/pals/patch-pal) apply to the live PAL directly.
* Changes made in [PAL Maker](https://maker.tavus.io/dev) are applied with the **Update** button inside Maker.
